Stauss Inspections

Stauss Inspections serves Broomfield, Arvada, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Westminster, Thornton, Longmont and other Front Range communities as a home inspection company. Radon work is limited to testing, done by Stephen, a Colorado-licensed radon tester who is also an InterNACHI certified inspector and certified thermographer, so it does not install mitigation systems. He draws on more than 20 years in building and construction and started his own general contracting company in 2014. Other services include residential, pre-listing, pre-drywall and final inspections, commercial inspections, sewer scopes, indoor air quality and rental property inspections. Rated 5.0 from 187 Google reviews, 186 of them five stars. A Realtor client praises his thorough work and competitive pricing, and reports are delivered by the end of the business day.
