HomeSpec of Colorado, LLC

HomeSpec of Colorado, LLC is a Denver home inspection company founded in 1998 by brothers David and John Nichols. It has done more than 10,000 inspections and over 5,000 radon tests, on both residential and commercial properties. Radon testing is one of its three main services next to property inspections and sewer scopes; the business does not install mitigation systems, so a high result would go to a separate contractor. It serves homeowners, property managers, investors and attorneys involved in real estate transactions. Service areas include Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, Englewood, Cherry Hills Village and Centennial. Rated 2.6 from 10 Google reviews, 4 of them five stars and 6 of them one star. The inspectors are certified through NACHI, bonded and insured.
