Foothills Home Inspections LLC

Foothills Home Inspections is a locally owned Fort Collins company founded in 2015 that serves Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor. It provides radon testing seven days a week using 48-hour continuous monitors, usually bundled with home inspections and sewer scoping, and samples basements and crawl spaces as well as main living areas. It also lists radon mitigation and radon-resistant construction, and offers follow-up testing after a system is installed. Homes should be retested every two years because levels fluctuate, and an active soil depressurization system with a fan is the usual fix for readings at 4 pCi/L or higher. Rated 5.0 from 249 Google reviews, 248 of them five stars. Call 970-567-8180 to confirm what radon work it takes on.
