ExperTech Environmental

ExperTech Environmental is a family-owned radon company at E 13th Street in Pueblo, offering radon testing, mitigation, fan replacement, radon system repair and crawlspace encapsulation. Certified technicians work for homeowners, home buyers and sellers, real estate agents and home inspectors, and for commercial clients such as property managers, daycares and schools. Systems carry a guarantee to bring levels below 4.0 pCi/L and a transferable, renewable warranty, and free quotes are promised within one business day. Testing options include short-term tests and radon protection plans with continuous monitoring, starting at $14.99 per month for the comprehensive tier. Customer reviews praise the crew, the bid and the results, including levels reduced well below the guaranteed number, and one real estate agent says clients and a personal home were both served. Rated 1.0 from one Google review, a single one-star rating.
